Founded in 2003, Hebei Bowei Integrated Circuit Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Bowei ”) is located in Luquan Economic Development Zone, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province. As a national high-tech enterprise, we focus on the research and development, production and marketing of gallium nitride (GaN) power devices for 5G base stations and microwave radio frequency (RF) integrated circuits. Our main products include GaN RF chips and devices for communication base stations, as well as RF chips and devices for microwave point-to-point communication.
These products are mainly used in 5G communications, 5G-A/6G next-generation mobile communications, low-altitude economy, satellite communications, microwave heating and other fields.
Bowei is among the first batch of national integrated circuit enterprises, a national key "Little Giant" enterprise and a national specialized, sophisticated, distinctive and new "Little Giant" enterprise. The company has been listed in the "National Key Integrated Circuit Design Enterprises" for four consecutive years.

The key technical indicators of its full-system products have reached the international advanced level.
